1. Check if traq works on windows or not. If it works Please remove following check from install.php and upgrade.php

(Above condition has been removed from version 3.0.9)
2. PHP REQUIREMENT LINK : https://traq.io/downloads And in readme.md
3. We have restricted script on PHP 8.0 due to syntax error while manual installation . Remove when resolved by vendor.
