f Purchase receipt information you also review the order to see if the cust=
omer used a club card.<o></o></span></p><p><span>If so, look up the custome=
r card on the INTRANET to determine if the customer information is availabl=
e and provide that data with your chargeback details as additional proof of=
 the valid transaction.</span><span><o></o></span></p><p><span><o>&nbsp;</o=
></span></p><p><span>Until POS systems in stores fully support EMV transact=
ions, Key Food Coop recommends stores adopt the following procedures to hel=
p limit potential exposure to card-present fraud transactions: <o></o></spa=
n></p><p><![if><span><span><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span=
></span></span><![endif]><span>Cashiers should request a photo ID for payme=
nt card purchases to minimize the risk of fraud. Signs should be displayed =
in the store to inform customers that ID will be required.&nbsp; Acceptable=
 photo IDs include drivers licenses and state identification cards.<o></o><=
/span></p><p><![if><span><span><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</=
span></span></span><![endif]><span>Before processing the card payment, cash=
iers should examine the ID and make sure that the photo, name and signature=
 on the ID match the customer, name and signature on the back of the card.&=
nbsp; They should not write down, capture or record anywhere any of the inf=
ormation contained on the photo ID as part of the payment process.<o></o></=
span></p><p><![if><span><span><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</s=
pan></span></span><![endif]><span>Gift card fraud also is on the rise  gift=
 card transaction payment should be limited to cash or debit only.<o></o></=
span></p><p><span><o>&nbsp;</o></span></p><p><span><o>&nbsp;</o></span></p>=
<p><b><u><span>Will Worldpay share responsibility on fraudulent charges unt=
il we achieve compliance?</span></u></b><b><u><span><o></o></span></u></b><=
/p><p><b><span><o>&nbsp;</o></span></b></p><p><span>While Worldpay does not=
 have any financial obligation to support fraudulent charges due to EMV non=
-compliance, they value our long term relationship and have agreed to contr=
ibute $4,000 per month to cover denied chargebacks across all stores from D=
ecember through March 2016. At the end of each month, Worldpay and KFHQ wil=
l review denied chargebacks received by all Key Food stores due to EMV non-=
compliance and issue credits.&nbsp; In the event that store chargebacks exc=
eed the $4,000 per month cap, stores will be credited on a prorated basis.&=
nbsp;<o></o></span></p><p><span><o>&nbsp;</o></span></p><p><span>There are =
2 requirements to ensure payment:<o></o></span></p><p><![if><span><span>1.<=
