Hi

Could you please tell me why we are not eligible for G Suite? We have 
been corresponding for a while but still I don't have any answers for 
this question. If we are supposed to pay money, then tell me what to do. 
I want a solution as suspension of the account gave a huge damage to our 
start up college.
